Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, develop, and deliver curriculum tailored to meet patients' psychological needs.
• Participate as a lead member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, promoting patient and family involvement in planning.
• Provide clinical services aimed at stabilizing psychiatric crises and fostering healthy mental health management through a biopsychosocial approach.
• Co-facilitate group psychotherapy sessions and psychoeducational groups, serving as a role model to patients to observe and learn socially effective behaviors and attitudes.
• Accurately document patient care, behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and responses to interventions, ensuring clarity, proper grammar, and spelling.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
• Independent Practice Scope Licensure in the state of practice.
