Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver curriculum tailored to patients' psychological needs.
• Participate as a lead in multidisciplinary treatment planning, encouraging patient and family involvement.
• Provide clinical services to stabilize psychiatric crises and promote mental health management based on a biopsychosocial model.
• Co-facilitate group psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups, role modeling socially effective behaviors.
• Accurately document patient care, behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and responses to interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
• Independent Practice Scope Licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the discipline.
