Job summary

Spurwink is hiring a Project Supervisor for the CCSS program in Maine. The role provides supervision to Clinical Consultants and oversees the program, ensuring high-quality clinical trainings and consultation for OCFS staff and partners.

The position requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling with Maine licensure (LCSW/LCPC), at least five years in child welfare/mental health, and supervisory experience. A hybrid schedule with local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with Maine licensure (LCSW/LCPC).
• Minimum 5 years experience in foster care/child welfare and/or mental health.
• Supervisory and program oversight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct weekly supervision to Clinical Consultants.
• Support Critical Incident Stress Management for OCFS staff and providers.
• Address vicarious trauma needs and promote staff wellness.
• Keep current on best practices in trauma-informed care and related topics.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train CCSS staff.
