Job summary

Spurwink clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This position is year-round and located at MSAD #75 (Mt Ararat H.S., 9-12 & Harpswell Community School K-5).

Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, offers access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities, and provides generous allowances for therapy supplies, trainings, and license reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC) required; fully licensed preferred.

• Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.

Job description

Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience. A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and a current Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). Fully licensed strongly preferred. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
