Spurwink is hiring a hard-working candidate like you to become a Project Supervisor of the Clinical Consultation and Support Services (CCSS) program. This innovative program responds to the needs of Maine's Office of Children and Families Services (OCFS) staff by providing clinical consultation services, critical incident stress management interventions, and clinical trainings to OCFS staff. The program partners closely with OCFS to support child welfare staff to facilitate effective interventions for children and families. Project supervisor provides supervision to Clinical Consultants and program oversight.
This position has a hybrid work model and requires travel to child protective offices in Maine as needed.
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school and independently licensure in the state of Maine as an LCSW or LCPC. Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role.
A minimum of (5) years of foster care, child welfare and/or mental health experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
