Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to serve as the clinical expert and mentor for unlicensed therapy staff across offices.

The role includes supervising Intake Therapy and Case Management teams and providing direct care as needed. You will participate in agency and local committees focused on Clinical Services policy, quality control, and new services development, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed clinician with at least two years of clinical provider experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience and strong organizational/decision-making abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for Intake Therapy and Case Management staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care as needed and participate on agency committees.
• Contribute to Clinical Services policy/procedure development and quality control.
• Support new services development and organizational growth.

The Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical supervision for all Intake Therapy and Case Management staff for their office locations and others as assigned

In addition the position will provide direct care and participate on agency and local Committees pertaining to the Clinical Services Policy & Procedure development Quality Control and new services development
