Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc seeks a Clinical Program Supervisor to serve as the clinical expert and mentor for unlicensed therapy staff. The role provides supervision for Intake, Therapy and Case Management staff across Knoxville and Johnson City offices, and participates in policy development and quality control.

The supervisor will also deliver direct care, contribute to new services development, and report to the COO while helping the agency deliver high-quality behavioral health

Qualifications

• Be an independently licensed clinician with at least two years of clinical provider experience.
• Have one year of demonstrated supervisory abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Must be able to communicate the English language verbally and in writing.
• Certified in first aid/CPR, CPI de-escalation techniques, and universal precautions.

Position Title: Clinical Program Supervisor

As the Clinical Program Supervisor, you would serve as the clinical expert and mentor for unlicensed therapy staff. The Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical supervision for all Intake, Therapy and Case Management staff for their office locations and others as assigned. In addition, the position will provide direct care and participate on agency and local Committee’s pertaining to the Clinical Services Policy & Procedure development, Quality Control, and new services development. The Clinical Program Supervisor will report to the COO.
