Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc in LaFollette, TN seeks a licensed therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.

You will conduct annual clinical/psychosocial assessments, offer crisis intervention, and work in a trauma-informed ESTEEM-driven environment with opportunities for licensure supervision and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work required.
• Experience with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities preferred; any equivalent education and experience.

As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation.

• A Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
• Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
• Valid Driver's License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Certified in first aid/CPR preferred. Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
