Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet in Illinois seeks a Clinical Program Manager to oversee the assigned clinical program's activities and workflow, partnering with the unit Director and staff to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.

You will develop departmental plans, support performance improvement, and coordinate with physicians and administration, while performing direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a related clinical program or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; licensure as a clinical professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities and workflow for the assigned clinical program.
• Support departmental administration and collaborate with the unit Director or Manager.
• Assist in daily operations and supervise staff to optimize time and resources.
• Perform direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
• Continually assess care and direct staff to adjust the plan of care.
