Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to hire, develop, and retain a clinical team delivering MTSS-based behavioral health in school, community, and telehealth settings.

You will ensure service quality, fiscal stewardship, and cross-department collaboration under Medi-Cal regulations and state codes. The role emphasizes culturally competent care and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field and CA licensure eligibility.
• Three or more years of direct clinical experience, including children's mental health.
• Two years adoption experience for Foster Care/Adoption Services.
• Experience interfacing with County agencies; Bi-lingual/bi-cultural knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for youth and families with internal and external providers.
• Develop and ensure implementation of clinical program philosophy, standards and procedures.
• Analyze outcome data to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead quality improvement efforts; manage activities to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, IT, HR, and regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis and risk management; oversee staffing and supervision.
• Engage with community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
