Base pay range

$80,750.00/yr - $86,000.00/yr

Are you an experienced and licensed clinical social worker who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment? Join Health Care for the Homeless as a Clinical Supervisor and play a vital role in supporting behavioral health providers who serve individuals experiencing homelessness.

About The Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide remote clinical oversight to a team of up to eight behavioral health professionals. Your leadership will ensure high-quality care, accountability, and continued professional growth for staff working with clients navigating housing instability, substance use, and mental health challenges. This is a 100% remote position, though you must reside in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and bi-monthly group supervision (via Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Conduct documentation reviews and co-sign notes for non-independently licensed staff
• Maintain monthly supervision records and conduct periodic chart audits
• Collaborate across disciplines to promote client-centered care
• Support team performance and intervene in disciplinary matters as needed
• Uphold a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach aligned with agency values
• Respond promptly to communications during contracted hours
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s in Social Work with active LCSW-C licensure in Maryland
• Registered clinical supervisor with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners
• At least 3 years’ experience providing therapy and case management to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• 1+ year of experience supervising staff remotely
• Strong knowledge of harm reduction, Housing First, and motivational interviewing
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
• Must carry malpractice insurance ($1M per claim; $3M aggregate)
