What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape the overall strategy for community engagement, identifying key topics and measuring effectiveness
- Direct the production of high-quality video content addressing technical topics and use cases
- Strategize content distribution across various platforms to maximize impact and reach
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing Management teams to create educational and promotional content
- Foster a culture of peer-to-peer knowledge sharing within the Field organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept to delivery while utilizing lessons learned for improvement
- Experience in creating training or promotional materials with an understanding of adult learning principles
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate, Adobe Express, and emerging AI platforms
- Experience in video production and managing cross-functional projects and teams

- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills and experience in engaging diverse teams
- Familiarity with digital community programs and engagement strategies
