Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
AACOM is seeking a full-time experienced Program Manager, RLI who is eager to support and lead dynamic educational initiatives, research-driven programs, and national learning experiences that advance the mission of osteopathic medical education. Reporting to the Director of Learning Programs, this full-time position will be instrumental in shaping impactful professional learning offerings, managing mini-grants, and coordinating high-profile events such as AACOM’s annual national conference.

About Aacom
Founded in 1898, the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) is the leading voice for the education and training of physicians who practice osteopathic medicine in settings ranging from primary care to pediatrics. What You’ll Do
The Program Manager, Research, Learning, and Innovation at AACOM will design and deliver educational programs, workshops, and co-curricular activities for a national audience, while leading the development and implementation of learning initiatives with clear timelines and milestones. They will oversee key components of AACOM’s annual national conference as well as professional and leadership development programming, track and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and reporting, manage access to data; and serve as a liaison between AACOM and academic stakeholders. Additionally, they will support marketing efforts, manage program budgets and resources, administer mini-grants, and advance national projects that promote innovation in osteopathic medical education.
Who We Need
Our ideal team member will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business management, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in program management or educational program delivery
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LMS and Qualtrics is a plus
- A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders
- A passion for learning, continuous improvement, and equitable educational access

Compensation And Benefits
This is a full-time position with health, dental, vacation, 403(b) benefits and more. This is a remote job opportunity with a starting salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually.
