Ascension Cedar Park Medical Center, Cedar Park, Texas, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Developmental Pediatrics team. You will deliver direct patient care, execute personalized care plans and contribute to recovery and comfort.
The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS certification, and 3–5 years of nursing experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning to support smooth transitions home.

Deliver exceptional direct patient care by executing personalized care plans in accordance with high organizational standards to support optimal recovery and comfort.
Monitor and advocate for patient health by tracking changes in condition, maintaining precise records, and proactively communicating updates to the care team.
Lead interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure seamless collaboration across therapies, physicians, and specialists for holistic patient support.
Drive proactive discharge planning in partnership with the healthcare team, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared and supported for a smooth transition home.
