Lorenz Clinic in Minnesota seeks a Clinical Manager to lead a site housing outpatient psychotherapy and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). You will supervise a team of licensed clinicians, hold reflective supervision, and maintain clinical systems with operational authority.

This development-centered role blends leadership with deep clinical work. The role emphasizes relational and systemic psychotherapy, supervision, and the growth of clinicians within a non-profit training environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Full, unrestricted Minnesota licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Demonstrated competence in relational and systemic psychotherapy.
• Competence in relational/systemic group psychotherapy and family therapy.
• Approved clinical supervisor status with licensing board.
• Reflective-supervision competence or willingness to develop it.
• Ability to hold operational authority and reflective leadership.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Formal training in child or family therapy preferred.
• BBHT- or AAMFT-approved supervisor status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload (individual, couples, family, or group) roughly half of the week.
• Support licensed clinicians and nurture autonomous practice.
• Supervise pre-licensed clinicians with structured supervision.
• Lead the site's reflective team space to think about clinical work.
• Anchor IOP clinically with group quality and family work rhythms.
• Protect care integrity in delivery, groups, and family involvement.
• Manage operational floors: appraisals, scheduling, coverage, and compliance.
