Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another behavioral health field that meets licensure requirements (e.g., Minnesota LICSW/LPCC).
• Demonstrated clinical experience providing diagnosis and psychotherapy, supervision, and program operations.
• Knowledge of DHS/licensing board requirements and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Mental Health Professionals, Trainees, and interns.
• Lead weekly team meetings and oversee clinical quality and program operations.
• Maintain audit-ready client charts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage direct client services and maintain your own caseload.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on staff development and onboarding.
