Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma and one of the listed options.
• Associate of Arts degree or equivalent.
• Two years of postsecondary education or 23 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Three years of lived experience with mental illness or as a primary caregiver within the last ten years.
• Or 2,000 hours of work experience in health and human services in the last ten years.
• Bachelor’s degree with behavioral sciences coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct annual evaluations for team members.
• Schedule clinical charting for the team and ensure deadlines.
• Review progress notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and shadowing for MHP staff.
• Manage a limited 20-hour-per-week clinical caseload.
• Attend supervision meetings and participate in clinical discussions.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Perform direct clinical services and client care as needed.
