Job summary

Hickory Treatment Centers in Grinnell, IA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical team and oversee treatment planning from admission to discharge. The role requires collaboration with the Clinical Director and supervision of Case Managers.

You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, oversee documentation in EMR, and contribute to developing group programs and care strategies. A Master’s degree and licensure eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health discipline or related field with at least 2 years post-graduate experience.
• Clinical license eligible (LCAC, LMHC, LCSW) is required.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities; capable of leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team in patient care from admission to discharge.
• Assist in monitoring treatment plans and group program development.
• Supervise and support Case Managers; ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications.
