Insight Global seeks a licensed Clinical Director in Atlantic, Iowa to lead therapists and clinical staff within behavioral health treatment programs. This onsite role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on ethical, evidence-based care, staff development, compliance, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active independent clinical license in the state of practice (LISW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience in supervisory, leadership, or staff development roles preferred.
• Licensure and ethical standards compliant with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group supervision to therapists and clinical staff.
• Guide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical interventions.
• Support clinicians with complex cases, crises, and risk management.
• Review documentation for accuracy, quality, and timeliness; conduct chart audits.
• Lead staff development, trainings, and licensure supervision when appropriate.
