Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Montebello, CA, seeks a Lead Clinician (ORR) to oversee clinical services for minors, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. This exempt, on-site role may carry a caseload and requires a Master’s degree, active BBS/BOP license, and supervisory experience.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires. The position reports to the Clinical Director within the Foster Family Services department and collaborates across teams to deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or related behavioral sciences.
• Licensed with BBS/BOP for at least 2 years.
• Eligible to be a BBS/BOP supervisor.
• Experience with children and/or at-risk families.
• Complete required supervisor training per BBS/BOP.
• Certificate of malpractice insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Two years of post-graduate direct service delivery; clinical interviewing, assessments, and group counselling.
• 86 hours of pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services and supervise associates.
• Ensure compliance with BBS/BOP/ORR policies.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to staff.
• Organize weekly Treatment Team meetings.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team for minors.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Provide treatment planning tools and interventions; ensure fidelity to ORR framework.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing professional development.
