Job summary

Horizon Health And Wellness in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Clinical Program Director to ensure the quality of services for clients and to coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the department.

The role includes providing clinical supervision, promoting integrated care activities, and acting as the lead to bridge medical services between two disciplines. The position requires leadership, supervision experience, and licensure or eligibility in AZ within one year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field or expected completion within one year.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory and program development experience in pertinent setting.
• Licensed by AZBBHE or license eligible within 1 year of hire.
• Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in the field.
• Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint card and pass a background check.
• Possess valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed based on department needs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• Able to use initiative and judgment to organize, plan activities, formulate policies, delegate responsibility and make decisions affecting diagnosis and treatment of patients.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed based on department needs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Qualifications Preferred

• Preferably independent license with LPC, LMFT or LCSW
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organization policies
• Preferably 5 years supervisor experience in a pertinent setting.
