Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator II for a full-time role in our Apache Junction, AZ outpatient clinic. You will oversee behavioral health staff and help guide clinic operations to ensure high-quality care.

Minimum requirements include a master's degree and licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or the ability to obtain within 90 days. Strong communication and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Position: Clinical Coordinator II – Full Time, based in Apache Junction, AZ 85120. Education level: Graduate degree. Salary range: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00. Job category: Health Care. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete a background check.
