Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field.
- Registered Intern with the state of Florida (counseling).
- One year direct clinical experience with children/adolescents in family, individual, and group therapy.
Responsibilities
- Assist and monitor residents with a supportive attitude.
- Interact therapeutically with residents in one-to-one, community, and group settings.
- Advocate for resident rights and confidentiality.
- Understand common psychiatric diagnoses and intervention techniques.
- Assess clinical needs and plan group interventions and psychoeducation.
- Document as required by facility policy.
