Job summary

New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead coordination activities for the OP program in Albuquerque. The role requires collaboration with clinical and support teams to ensure program adherence to contract and regulatory requirements.

The position emphasizes data tracking, enrollment processes, and community outreach while supporting staff training and quality improvement initiatives. A strong candidate will have a bachelor’s in a human services field and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field.
• Experience with the target population preferred.
• Clinical licensure in BH, or eligible preferred; experience with co-occurring disorders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment for new clients including intake, orientation, referral, and assignment.
• Coordinate group services including scheduling, enrollment, materials, staffing and coverage.
• Manage on-call schedules and project-related tasks and data reporting.
• Act as bridge between support and clinical teams to improve client experience.
• Participate in community outreach, trainings, and professional events on behalf of the organization.
• Support supervisors in staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
