Responsibilities

• Coordinate the clinical supervision system for BA in Elementary Education and MAT programs with program directors and licensure professionals.
• Directly supervise student teachers, conduct observations, and assess candidate progress.
• Collaborate to align coursework, clinical experiences and standards for teacher preparation.
• Partner with school districts to support placement quality and partnerships.
• Support program assessment and accreditation work (CAEP, licensure requirements).
• Provide mentoring and instruction to teacher candidates during practica and student teaching.
• Contribute to service activities supporting Elementary Education and MAT programs.
