Qualifications

• Professional experience in teacher education, including supervision of student teachers and coordination of clinical or field-based experiences.
• Expertise in clinical supervision, mentoring, and evaluation of teacher candidates.
• Experience collaborating with school-based partners and university licensure staff.
• Strong knowledge of elementary teaching standards and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the clinical supervision system for the BA Elementary Education and MAT programs.
• Directly supervise student teachers, including observations and progress assessments.
• Align coursework, clinical experiences, and state/national standards.
• Collaborate with program directors, licensure staff, and partner schools.
• Support program assessment, documentation, and CAEP accreditation work.
• Provide mentoring and instruction to teacher candidates during practica.
• Contribute to service activities supporting Elementary Education and MAT programs.
