Penn Medicine is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Procedural Supply Sourcing Specialist at Lancaster General Hospital to coordinate sourcing and inventory for procedural areas. You will liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely supplies and efficient operations.

The role requires attention to concentration, problem solving, and strong communication. A High School Diploma and 2+ years in medical supply management are required; Lawson ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical supply management or warehouse experience required.
• 1+ years experience with software applications such as inventory management and barcode systems.
• Health care provider in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid (Required).
• Associates degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in medical supply management preferred.
• 1+ years experience in Lawson ERP preferred.
• Advanced computer skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate sourcing of materials, supplies and related items to ensure timely inventory movement.
• Act as liaison between vendors, Materials Management and Procedural departments.
• Monitor delivery and inventory levels to minimize backorders and stockouts.
• Oversee product recalls and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Proactively handle supply requirements and updates on inventory availability.
• Assist with education and orientation of surgical supply personnel.
• Support cost-reduction opportunities and value analysis activities.
