Job summary

The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Management Analyst (Clinical Practice Manager). The Management Analyst will function in the Hematology and Oncology section within Medicine Service and support clinic access, data reporting, and process improvement to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities include oversight of scheduling, reporting, contingency planning, and collaboration with various sections; telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Pull and review appropriate supply and demand data within clinics via VSSC reports.
• Ensure strategies are implemented to increase supply and shape demand as defined in advanced clinic access principles.
• Review and reduce appointment types.
• Assist in developing and executing a viable contingency plan policy and process within assigned clinical section.
• Ensure adherence to advanced clinic access principles for For appointments including check-in/check-out, intake/evaluation, rooming and follow-up.
