Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Nursing Leader in New Jersey to support shared governance and mentor clinical teams. You will attend governance meetings, guide project development, and promote recognition of clinical initiatives and research efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's of science in nursing degree.
• Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage a large amount of activity and several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Promote dissemination of clinical programs and projects at internal and external conferences and publications.
• Analyze quality data metrics and develop programs to improve outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining databases and identifying appropriate benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to drive clinical practice and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Promote evidence-based practice and clinical excellence.
• Participate in educational initiatives promoting shared governance, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
