About The Role

As a CBRE Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for a small to medium-sized client's needs. This role is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You'll Do
  1. Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team or collaborators.
  2. Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
  3. Produce drawings and presentations for internal partners and client-facing steering committee meetings for review and feedback.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to gain business intelligence including move and relocation sequencing and execution.
  5. Attend client meetings, draft meeting minutes, and acquire approvals to proceed when required.
  6. May attend space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.
  7. Responsible for entering and maintaining occupancy data within the system of record.
  8. Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends in general business conditions.
  9. Conduct interviews and discussions with clients to capture, coordinate and synthesize project requirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues.
  10. Partner with Architectural Vendors and Project Management to investigate code requirements and permits when moving or reconfiguring office space.
  11. Facilitate post-occupancy support and reviews to ensure deliverables were executed and client’s expectations were met.
  12. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  13. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  14. Impact the quality of own work.
  15. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  16. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Clinical and administrative experience with the ability to understand EMR data and use it for scenario planning.
  • Capacity analysis experience analyzing productivity and capacity (annual encounter/visits per exam room) and FTE provider, hours of operation, and annual cases per diagnostic and testing rooms.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and financial-related figures.

CBRE considers multiple factors for compensation, with a minimum salary of $75,000 and a maximum of $85,000 annually. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits including 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance.
