• Experience in clinical placement coordination or academic-practice partnerships.
• Experience supervising staff and managing operational workflows.
• Strong data, technology, systems, and tools to support operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for clinical education and placement activities.
• Oversee Clinical Placement Specialists and day-to-day placement operations.
• Cultivate clinical site partnerships to ensure timely, compliant, and student-centered learning experiences.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to align placements with program requirements, regulatory standards, and institutional priorities.
