Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Clinical Placement & Academic Partnership Coordinator to manage student and trainee placements, coordinate affiliation agreements, and support workforce development with academic partners in the Greater Denver area.

The role emphasizes liaison work among academic institutions, clinical leadership, trainees, and internal teams, ensuring compliant, positive placement experiences across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in healthcare administration, credentialing, compliance, clinical education coordination, workforce development, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain academic affiliation agreements and placement activities for students and trainees across programs.
• Serve as primary contact for academic institutions regarding placement opportunities, requirements, timelines, documentation, and capacity.
• Track placement start and end dates, assigned supervisors, academic requirements, and rotation schedules.
• Monitor placement capacity and coordinate with clinical leaders to align with supervision availability and program needs.
• Provide onboarding guidance and communicate placement requirements, deadlines, and organizational policies.
