Health Partners of Western Ohio in Lima, OH is seeking a Clinical Placement Coordinator/HR Assistant to connect schools, students and Health Partners’ preceptors to provide high-quality clinical placements and job shadowing experiences.

This role balances student learning needs with provider schedules and health center operations, maintains program records and grant reporting, and supports HR and administrative functions essential to HPWO’s mission; travel to all sites is required as needed.

• Coordinate Student Preceptorship Program with schools and Health Partners’ preceptors.
• Balance student learning with provider schedules and health center operations.
• Maintain program records and grant reporting.
• Represent Health Partners in community outreach and partnership development.
• Support HR and administrative functions to advance Health Partners’ mission.
