Rowan is an innovative ear-piercing brand that prioritizes safety and a celebratory customer experience. Licensed nurses perform piercings under Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards with hypoallergenic products, delivering a trusted, boutique-style service.

As a Piercing Nurse, you will educate on aftercare, maintain sterile station cleanliness, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations while working a flexible schedule and earning competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Ability to educate on aftercare and product benefits.
• Comfort working in a retail environment with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create magical, memorable customer experiences with clinical care and celebratory atmosphere.
• Ensure safety and comfort with smooth customer flow and care.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the piercing experience.
• Maintain a sterile, aseptic environment at the nurse station and tray.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan's After Care.
• Monitor the customer experience and resolve issues with management.
• Follow CDC guidelines to ensure sanitary piercing experiences.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Mentor and train new nurses; flex shifts as needed.
