Rowan is changing the ear-piercing experience with licensed nurses, a sterile, celebratory environment, and hypoallergenic jewelry.

The Piercing Studio Nurse delivers safe, precise piercings, educates on aftercare, and ensures customer comfort from start to finish. You’ll work with a supportive team, maintain sterile standards, and help grow a joyful, milestone-focused brand in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Experience in clinical setting or healthcare prior to piercing is preferred.
• Ability to educate on aftercare and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the piercing process.
• Educate customers on aftercare and safety guidelines.
• Maintain sterile environment and proper sterilization of instruments.
• Monitor customer comfort, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with studio manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Flexible to fill shifts during peak times and holidays.
• May mentor new nurses and participate in training.
