Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, test and administer treatments for neurological, musculoskeletal, amputations, sports and orthopedic conditions.
• Supervise and co-sign plans of care by the physical therapist assistant.
• Explain progress and home programs to patient, family, and other professionals.
• Develop and evaluate therapeutic physical therapy programs to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate records for documentation, billing, and patient care continuity.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and ensure infection control.
