Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate physical therapy treatment.
• Administer prescribed PT treatments and monitor progress.
• Test muscle strength, range of motion and functional capacity.
• Maintain patient records and progress notes.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and goals.
• Perform home assessments when needed to ensure safe discharge.
