Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing (state licensure).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and designs goal-directed treatment plans.
• Communicates evaluation results clearly to physicians, families and team members.
• Develops and implements therapies with clinical reasoning and problem-solving.
• Supervises PTA and rehabilitation technicians, including conveying evaluation results and treatment plans.
• Participates in education for rehab staff and PT students as needed.
