Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment including ROM, motor testing, posture and gait analysis.
• Plan and adjust treatment programs based on evaluations and goals.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient evaluations and determine impairment levels.
• Plan and implement treatment programs to relieve pain and restore function.
• Document evaluations and progress in the patient record.
• Communicate with referring physicians and coordinate care.
• Supervise assistants and ensure safe, effective therapy sessions.
