Qualifications

• Credentialed graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed in the state where practicing.
• Prior experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to life 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and records to determine PT treatment required.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Coordinate with physicians and health practitioners to integrate care.
• Record treatment, response, and progress.
• Supervise assistants and aides; may train students in PT/ PTA programs.
• Administer and adjust manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Track outcomes and adjust plans to maximize benefit.
• Maintain documentation for third-party reimbursement.
