Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (preferred).
• Current Physical Therapist license in Vermont in good standing.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant bedside manner.

• Instructing and teaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assessment and evaluation of patient status and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans.
• Plan and adjust treatment to maximize functional goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care and home exercise programs.
• Communicate with the care team to coordinate services.

Education
