Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN schedule at St. Catherine Rehab Center. The role involves supervising PTAs and techs, performing assessments, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team across St. Catherine, St. Mary Medical Center, and Powers Health and Rehab Center.

The ideal candidate holds IN licensure, has inpatient rehab exposure, and maintains a current BLS/CPR card. PRN schedule requires one Saturday per month minimum and on-site availability.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Owns patient care responsibility for those treated by PTAs and therapy techs.
• Assesses patient needs and initiates appropriate PT interventions.
• Reassesses progress and communicates with physicians as needed.
• Supports across multiple sites (St. Catherine, St. Mary Medical Center, Powers Health) with site-specific coverage.
• Monitor pain and adjust interventions to improve function.
