Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops treatment goals and plans.
• Designs and fits adaptive devices and trains residents in their use.
• Selects physical agent modalities suited to individual needs.
• Consults with rehabilitation team to tailor regimens.
• Instructs residents in mobility skills and tracks progress.
• Adapts program to individual needs and promotes safety.
• Attends care conferences and related meetings; maintains documentation.
