RML Specialty Hospital in Hinsdale, IL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adults and geriatric patients. You will design individualized PT plans, perform ROM, strengthening and balance training, and collaborate with families and the care team to achieve functional goals.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule with standard staffing and supervision by Rehabilitation Services leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Two years of clinical experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation (ICU experience preferred).
• Current Illinois license as a Licensed Physical Therapist and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients' abilities and determine goals with the treatment team.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate PT programs to improve mobility and independence.
• Provide ROM, strengthening, endurance, balance, wheelchair mobility, and transfer training.
• Document evaluations and progress in the medical record; complete discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team; educate and involve patient in care.
• Ensure safety and adherence to PT ethics and hospital policies.
