Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current Physical Therapist license.
• NC Physical Therapist license must be obtained within 6 months of start date or before expiration of Compact Privileges, whichever comes first.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments or changes in physical function from injury or disease.
• Develop and update plan of care with patient/family, with measurable goals and discharge plan.
• Discharge patients when goals are met or medical necessity ends; ensure follow-up as needed.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers and document care in a timely, accurate manner.
