Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function.
• Participate in orientation of new staff therapists and teaching activities for students.
• Document patient care in a timely, legible manner and follow department documentation standards.
• Collaborate with patients, families and the care team to develop and update plan of care and discharge plan.
