Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop and update the plan of care in collaboration with patient/family.
• Discharge patients when goals are met or clinical necessity ends; arrange follow-up as needed.
• Assist in teaching activities and supervise students as requested by department.
