Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required or equivalent.
• Current Physical Therapist license; NC license must be obtained within 6 months if using Compact Privileges.
• No specific years of experience required, but additional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, disabilities or mobility changes.
• Develop and update care plans with measurable short- and long-term goals and discharge plan.
• Work with physicians, nurses and team to coordinate patient care and outcomes.
• Teach and mentor students during clinical rotations and provide staff education as needed.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate clinically relevant information to the care team.
