KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP in Bellevue, WA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide and direct patient care in a 24-hour skilled environment. You will evaluate, plan, implement, and document treatments, while educating staff and families about outcomes.

The role requires a PT license, CPR, and experience in long-term care. You will supervise aides, ensure safety, and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.
• Current, active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• CPR certification required for license renewal.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients per MD orders and payer guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for best functional outcomes.
• Educate staff and payers on benefits and outcomes of interventions.
• Complete documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
• Supervise assistants and rehab aides per state guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors to develop new programs and techniques.
