KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for per diem coverage in Bellevue, WA. The role supports licensed therapists in delivering quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document findings, communicate with patients and families, and help coordinate care with the rehab team. A PTA degree and current licensure are required, with knowledge of Medicare and patient rights preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PTA program.
• In good standing with regulatory/licensing boards.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources.
• Full knowledge of resident rights.

Responsabilités

• Implements and executes on established patient treatment plan under supervision.
• Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians and the rehab team.
• Provides timely written documentation per facility requirements.
• Maintains licensure and licensure requirements as requested.
